Finish reading, the first two parts of the Morse vs. Frederick Supreme Court case (that’s pages 1-4 that ends with the section “Reasoning”) and answer the first question that appears after “Reasoning”: Answer: How did the Justices use the two cases we have studied so far (Tinker and Fraser) to make a decision in this case?
Don’t read into the Supreme Court Justices’ opinions on the case. We’ll work on that together tomorrow.
